Press Release Summary = Sibilo Voice is an Interactive Voice Response system of
latest generation. It integrates standard technologies in order to be easily
interfaced with customer's current hardware. This VXML platform, designed by
App-line, targets the market of voice servers from 8 to some thousand voices with
multi-IVR mode (up to 360 ports by server depending on hardware and signalization).
Sibilo Voice operates on Windows, Sun Solaris and Linux. Supported by its success,
Sibilo Voice has evolved to its version 4 and offers new features.


Press Release Body = Its new administration interface gets more graphic and acquires
new features such as the option to stop a service maintaining other service
operating without reloading the platform. It benefits from advanced statistics by
voice arborescence nodes. Thus, you can know users favorite choice at each level.
For example, with a bank service, you are able to identify if the favorite choice
is: latest operations, account balance or bank transfer. The Web interface for
statistic questioning permits an easy consultation: by voice service, zooming from
yearly statistics to hourly details.

In its previous version, Sibilo Voice was managing VoIP thanks to a voice card.
With the new one, it integrates VoIP operating without any voice card. To succeed
this, App-line has developed and incorporated its own SIP /RTP stack. Sibilo Voice
runs with PSTN and SIP protocols simultaneously. Beyond to its IVR feature, in this
way it serves as PSTN/SIP bridge. Joined to Sibilo Contact Center, it permits the
creation of contact centre without traditional or IP PBX : a feet toward the
telephone network (PSTN) and another using ToIP toward agent station. Sibilo Voice
matches iLBC, Speex, GSM, G726, PCMA, PCMU CODECs.

For voice recognition and synthesis server use, until now, Sibilo Voice was using
the MRCP client of the voice card. For the new version with or without voice card,
named « Full Soft », App-line has developed its own MRCP client with the aim of
conserving the functioning compatibility with ASR and TTS modules in respect with
market standards.

Though its evolution, Sibilo Voice is empowered by a SNMP agent and optimizes by
this way is alerting and reporting system in platform configuration for Telco.
Sibilo Voice offers the opportunity to specify hot statistics and traps, upturned by
the SNMP agent and sent toward a normalized SNMP management console.

By the evolutions bring to its VoiceXML IVR, App-line reasserts its willpower to be
compliant with the market standard evolutions and existing features.


App-line will expose at the Seca show between the 4th and the 6th of April at Paris
Expo, porte de Versailles.
